How to let go of physical stuff

In the UK the equinox has passed, and Autumn is revealing herself as the nights draw in and temperatures drop.

At this time of year we naturally want to turn our energy inwards, just as animals would as they prepare for hibernation.

As the daylight hours reduce, you may find yourself feeling drawn to spend more time at home, and wanting to rush around less.
